What You Can Expect

Best designed for those not hiring a birth doula but want a doula support, these services help you navigate your options and choices through pregnancy and birth.

Birth Plan Formation: We will walk through each and every option for making a birth plan (usually two hours)
Preparing for an Induction: If you are going in for an induction, our birth doulas can provide a thorough overview of the process
Preparing for a Cesarean: our birth doulas can walk through the process from start to finish to help you feel prepared for the big day
General Concierge: How else can we lessen your mental load? As perinatal professionals, we are well versed in resources, options and other considerations during pregnancy and birth (billed hourly depending on tasks)
